หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor day-to-day financial activities and ensure compliance with related laws and regulations.
• Ensure timely vendor payment and related tax submission.
• Manage cash requirement and bank related activities including cashflow forecast preparation to meet company and shareholders needs.
• Monitor company working capital, bank interest rates, loan requirements/obligations, and provide advice to maximize company benefit.
• Ensure good internal controls on financial related activities are in place through appropriateness of financial systems, policies and procedures.
• Identify potential fraud or malfeasance in financial transactions (if any).

คุณสมบัติ

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Accounting / Finance.
• At least 5 years in Finance and treasury function.
• Having good knowledge and experiences in treasury function.
• Preferable if having experiences in financial reporting and analysis, accounting principles and practices, taxation.
• Familiar with treasury tools such as cash management, banking applications.
• Experience in process improvement, internal control, SOX.
• Preferable experience in budget, forecast, reporting & analysis, and investment feasibility study.
• Self-driven and able to work independently with sense of urgency and emphasis on accuracy.
• Good analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data
• Good ability to communicate in English, both verbally and written.
• Positive thinking with “can do” attitude and open-minded personality.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Accounting Software.
